Arizona ridgeback breeder, CopperRidge Rhodesian Ridgebacks, had a stellar weekend in Flagstaff, Arizona over the weekend of June 6 & 7. Flagstaff Kennel Club held their yearly event in the cool Arizona pine trees and the weather was a little windy but overall, it was a gorgeous weekend.
On Saturday, Kazi, Primetime CopperRidge Star Kissed, went Best of Winners for her FIRST 4 point major. This is only the THIRD show for Kazi and what an awesome job Aura did showing our “little” girl!
Let’s not forget about our up and coming puppies! There were two puppies from the Kirbi x Zag litter in attendance. CopperRidge Little Miss Sunshine, Cassidy, was awarded BEST PUPPY in SHOW – owner/handled by Bonnie Evans who did a WONDERFUL job showing her girl. And, CopperRidge Out of Africa, handled by Aura, did a marvelous job in the ring. Expect big things from both of these lovely puppies!
Speaking of Zag, RedSkyes Light’n McQueen, JC – He finished his Championship this same weekend at the RRCUS supported show in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Congratulations to his breeder, Linda Cannon, of RedSkyes Ridgebacks!
On Sunday, Hayden, was awarded Winners Dog for a 4 point major and he finished his Championship! Congratulations to his owners. We will be posting his winning picture on our Champions page very soon!
KaKily Ridgebacks were victorious both Saturday and Sunday. Shaka (BISS CH KaKily Shockwave of Pumamere-Coprdg, JC RN) handled by Breeder/Owner Donald Blumenfeld-Jones won Best of Breed on Saturday and Best of Oppostite Sex on Sunday. Then Dina (CH KaKily Starry Night of Pumamere-Coprdg, JC RN) was awarded Best of Opposite Sex on Saturday and Best of Breed on Sunday. As always, Breeder/Owner/handled by Kathryn Blumenfeld-Jones!
